- 350ml Chocolate Malt Milk
- 5 Egg Yolks
- 5 Packet of Macdonald Sugar
- Some leftover chocolate from Christmas
- 2 cans of Nestle Cream
1. Egg Yolk & Sugar to be added and whisked. (too lazy to whisk, i put into blender instead)
2. Chocolate to be chopped and added to the Egg Yolk & Sugar. (too lazy to chop, throw it in to blend also)
3. Heat up the milk & cream, but do not boil.
4. Add the Egg Yolk, Sugar and Chocolate to the milk & cream.
5. Let the mixture cool before adding to the Ice Cream Maker to churn for 30 mins.
- It didn't get chilled during churning in the Ice Cream Maker. Not sure why, probably the mixture not cool enough.
- Pour the mixture into a plastic container and freeze overnight in the freezer.
- Came out hard as ice.
- But surprisingly, after some defrosting, it is still creamy and edible.
