Wii Update to 4.1J

Updated from 3.2 J to 4.1 J :

• Update using Waninkoko 4.0 Updater
• After update, Homebrew Channel gives a black screen
• Run BannerBomb to uninstall Homebrew Channel and reinstall Homebrew Channel
• Homebrew Channel works again
• Update using Waninkoko 4.1 Updater
• After update, run DOP-IOS in HBC to install the latest IOS60 with sig patch.

All works thereafter.

Only thing is, everytime an application exit back into the wii menu, USB device is not recognized. You will need to do a reload in HBC for it to recognize again.
