XBMC: Vision skin animation

Vision has been my default skin on my NEOGEO-CDX. But when compared to other XBMC skins like PMIII and MC360, it just lacks a little of animation on the HOME page and in between screens. So, got my hands dirty and added a little more transitional effects.
